All orders are processed within 1 business day. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number. Please ensure that you provide a valid delivery address and postcode when checking out. The address cannot be changed once the order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays and peak seasons. Once shipped, we are not responsible for any delays caused by carriers. All orders are shipped from Canada. US orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duties Paid).

Any orders containing pre-order items will be dispatched once the product is available (indicated on the product page).

We offer a full refund on any orders returned to us within 30 days of delivery.

All returned items must be unwashed and unworn with the original labels and tags attached. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been damaged or marked in any way.

How to make a return

To start a return, please email us at info@kuleanaculture.com with your order number and details of your return.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how to return your items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Your refund will be processed within 10 working days of us receiving your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at at info@kuleanaculture.com.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and signed-for service to ensure that your return reaches us safely, since we cannot be held responsible for returns that don’t reach us.

Damages and issues

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours, so that we can make it right.

Kuleana Culture does not use polyester fabric. We use 100% Organic Cotton and a 95% Bamboo/Cotton, Only 5% Spandex blend for our fabrics. We avoid plastic for the entire life cycle of the product - including the clothing tags and the packaging. We use cotton labels and plastic free, compostable packaging. We are constantly looking for ways to reduce plastic waste and we are committed to making progress. We also do not individually wrap each garment from the manufacturer, like most brands do - this saves a plastic bag for every piece sold. This takes more care on our part to make sure the garment does not get damaged, but it is worth the effort. 

Machine wash cold or warm on gentle inside out. Hang to dry. DO NOT PUT IN DRYER.

A limited run means less waste and the ability to bring you exactly what you actually want and need.

Every KULEANA Culture piece is ethically produced in Toronto, Canada. Our manufacturing is run by a very lovely, talented, hard working lady. She is so great and I couldn't do it without her!
