We avoid plastic for the entire life cycle of the product.

Kuleana Culture does not use polyester fabric. We use fabrics that are 95-100% Plant Based

with a maximum of only 5% Spandex blend for our fabrics.

Our clothing labels are unbleached cotton opposed to polyester (plastic) labels.

All our packaging is plastic free, compostable packaging. 

Furthermore, we also do not individually wrap each garment in a plastic bag from our manufacturer, like most brands do - this saves a plastic bag for every piece sold. This takes more care on our part to make sure the garment does not get damaged, but it is worth the effort.
